RETURN OPTIONS

We offer a 15 Days Return Policy(15 days from the day you received your original order), so you can purchase with confidence.

• All item(s) purchased from annaminimalist.com can be returned except for personalize engraved items and custom ordered items.

If you need to return a purchased item(s), please contact us at love@annaminimalist.com to start the request. Please provide your order number in the email, so we can lookup your order and reply to you promptly. We guarantee and promise to respond to your request within 24 hours.

Your refund will be issued once we received your returned item(s), and determined your return is qualified for a refund. Refund will be credited to the same form of payment used in your original purchase, and will take about 10 business days to appear in your account.

 

QUALIFYING RETURN ITEMS

• Jewelry must be unworn. No visible signs of use, including perfume, scents, etc.
• All original packaging must be included (pouch, envelope, sleeve). 
• We do not accept returns for the personalized jewelry or final sale items.
